The extra one: using the wrong laser source on a dual-laser machine. The F1 Ultra's fiber and diode combination is a real advantage, but only if you treat source selection as a step, not an afterthought.

Quality Is the Deadline, Too

In a rush, it's easy to think "we just need to get it done." But the client's perception is built on what they see and hold. A clean, well-cut piece signals professionalism. A burned, splintered one screams "we cut corners." The F1 Ultra, used correctly, produces parts I'm happy to put in front of a client.

When I switched from generic material to better acrylic and consistent air-assist settings, client feedback improved.
